We develop new technologies that can potentially lead to revolutionary products, or breakthrough change in the market.
1. We developed process for manufacturing chocolates that contain more fruit pulp than the weight of chocolate. Unique taste and nutrition without added chemical preservatives; these chocolates have been sought by distributors in Europe. We have filed “product by process” patent for this technology. We will assign this patent to Yash Agro, Ambajoagi.
2. We developed process by which we can pasteurize custard-apple pulp. This can lead to making tinned custard-apple pulp available, which will have much better shelf stability over existing custard-apple pulp that needs to eb stored frozen below -200C. Process patent has been filed.
Process development:
3 We developed processes for large scale B to B fruit products such as pulp, juice concentrates, dry powder, and freeze dried fruits. These produce high quality products that have good market within the country and for exports. These are for processing custard-apple, jamun, sapota, strawberry, mango, pomegranate, conkerberry (करवंद) etc.
We develop processes so as to delicately convert fruits in to B to C end products such as cookies, chips, RTE pulp, juice, packaged sweets, marshmallow, fruit bars and many more…
These fruit products have great taste, and have high retention of nutrients. The foods can be divided in three price range categories that can serve distinct market niches.
4 Analysis services:
While a new processing unit is being established, multiple analyses are required to assure raw material quality, seasonal variation in the quality (especially of fresh agri-produce), nutrient contents, effect of processing parameters on nutrition, microbial quality, and shelf life. We have a DSIR approve research lab, which can analyses nutrients, bio-chemicals, and microbes; and determine shelf life. We can play a key role to standardize process and product by performing multiple analyses at affordable cost.
Pilot scale / contract manufacturing:
We have pilot scale equipment such as ovens, steamers, autoclaves, water baths, heating mantles, microwave oven, and facilities for freezing, quick chilling, blast freezing, vacuum, nitrogen filling, freeze drying, vacuum baking etc.
We can be instrumental in development and / or pilot scale manufacturing of food products such as freeze dried products, juices, pulps, concentrated pulps, jams, jelly, toffees, fruit bars, marshmallow, chocolates, chutney, chips, packaged sweets, cakes, cookies, bread, energy bars, ice-creams, kulfi, namkeen, and pre-mixes.
We have industrial connects so as to identify commercial scale contract manufacturers for your initial activity.
5 Consultation:
We provide techno-commercial consultation for setting up of a unit, process up-gradation, identification of problem, developing solutions for the specific problem, statutory compliances, product development, analysis, and support for initial market research / testing.
